Paolo Ramo - Owner and Skipper

Paolo Ramo

Owner and skipper

Welcome aboard! I'm Paolo, your skipper for the day. I was born on this island 31 years ago, and have grown up surrounded by the history, natural beauty, and celebrities that have made Capri so famous. Set sail with me on an amazing adventure!

Though I worked for years in luxury hospitality, I always dreamed of switching careers to combine my passion for the sea with my work. I offered boat tours as a part-time hobby for 8 years before finally making it my full-time job.
I love the sense of freedom of setting sail, and the friendship that develops during the time on board with my clients. On each tour, I see how the day begins with clients keeping a bit to themselves before they begin to relax into the rhythm of the waves and the warmth of my island hospitality. As the day passes, they are swept away with the spirit of surprise and discovery...by the time we return to port, they have huge smiles. This is why I extend this invitation to each client: set sail on an amazing adventure!

  • Can Paolo give us information about visiting the Blue Grotto?

Of course! The Blue Grotto is one of the most famous sights on Capri, and is a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind sea cave.
